”One night stay for an event in town. Super friendly welcome, clean and cosy room, great value. We were on the top floor with lovely views. Our room was quite hot, even after opening a window, but this might be as the weather warmed up. Highly recommend.”

”Highly overpriced hotel. They first offered us a basement floor very small room which we declined. They said that the request about a higher floor room did not go to them via hotels.com. To all - be strict and complain right away if they offer You a basement floor room because they are not good or the price should be -50%. Breakfast was good. It is not worth of eating at the hotel, much better is the village nearby, there is one good and fairly priced restaurant, called Mashed Ton (or something...

”The staff were exceptional and made us all feel very welcome. The breakfasts and meal we enjoyed in the restaurant were first class. The bar was a lovely place to spend time and the whiskey knowledge was incredible. The room was very comfortable great water pressure and super comfy bed. Would return in a heartbeat.”

”Very relaxing stay! It was nice having two bathrooms, too. Note that they are both upstairs in the cottage. Not a problem for us, though. Place was cozy and comfortable. The pub next door closes early so patrons and any noise coming from there ceases early. Bed was comfy, too. ”
