Newly renovated vacation Villa with private pool. Makes a great home base for exploring the beautiful area or a relaxing refuge to commune with nature. Large four bedroom, 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bath private villa with private pool, large main house and pool deck, two barbecue stations, two decks, two large Samsung refrigerators (one in garage for overflow) Lake and Mountain View's, community boat launch; sleeps up to 14 guests and has a large circle drive and private parking. Ample indoor and outdoor local activities including fishing, hiking, boating, winery and quality restaurants in Abingdon VA. No smoking on premise and pets are allowed with pet deposit.

A wonderful place to stay! We loved it for our family holiday celebration. Very close to downtown Abingdon, as well as the Tri-cities. The pool is beautiful (even though we didn’t use it as it’s out of season). The hot tub was a great perk. The home is one of the most thoughtfully and well-stocked rentals we’ve ever stayed. Very family friendly! Thanks for sharing with us.

We had a blast! We stayed here for a NASCAR race at Bristol with another family and we had a great time. The space was clean, well-equipped, and was on a beautiful piece of property, with lots of outdoor space. Kids loved the cereal provided, pool and hot tub. This was one of the best VRBOs we’ve rented and we would definitely come back.

A beautiful house with a beautiful view! Checking in and out was easy. The host was very quick to respond to questions. They had everything you could need for a family vacation, including a fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, extra mattresses, sheets for all the beds, towels for both the pool and showering, and a washer and dryer! The pool was excellent and has a cover to keep it warm. The hot tub was an awesome addition for the chillier nights. It rained a few of our days but the house had plenty of space for us to still enjoy the day. It’s close to a Walmart and dollar general. So much wildlife to look at. Peaceful and quiet vacation. My only minor complaint would be the placement of the fire pit because it is right against a bush. We will be coming again!

The house is in a beautiful location. Lot of wildlife, house overlooks the lake and is so peaceful. My family and I loved the pool and hot tub. We explored Abingdon and had such a great time. The only downside is the house needed a lot of TLC.

Family reunion

Loved staying here. Roomy enough for 6 adults and 4 kids. Beds comfortable. Nice deck and furniture to sit out. Loved the view of the lake and mountains from the deck. Pool was a huge fun time for the kids. We are planning on coming back next summer! Highly recommended!!

Exactly as advertised

Our stay was awesome and the property was just as it was advertised. There was plenty of room for our party of 9. We lived watching the deer on and around the property and hanging out of the huge porch. We spent several days in the pool and the hot tub was a great way to wind down at night. Eveline was so easy to work with. We would 100% stay here again!

Beautiful view

The home owner was awesome to work with the view was amazing! The listing didn’t have updated pictures and the sleeping availability for the common area where my handicapped son was going to sleep was unavailable. I contacted the host and she made sure a bed was brought over we could use along with foam pad to help his back. We had a good stay and the house was also ready for kids which was awesome!!

Labor Day Get Away

The view is what it is all about! I can sit on the deck or in the family room (if it is raining) all day long and look at the lake and the mountains in the distance. The pool was phenomenal! That is where we spent most of our time. Whether in the pool or out under the umbrellas, it was the perfect place to be. There are 4 bedrooms: 1 has king bed and 1 has Queen bed on first floor, then upstairs are 2 bedrooms; both with Queen bed and a daybed in one room and futon in the other. The description was a little confusing to us. There was a nice little coffee bar and plenty of bathrooms for the 10 of us. Evie was an amazing host who always got back to us with answers to our questions. We would come back again if we were are in the area with our family.

Girls Weekend on the Creepers Trail.

First of all we do not recommend a trike bike for the trail ride. Go with two wheels. There are a few stories to tell but I wont go there. The house was great. Beautiful location! Very clean, stocked with just about everything you need. The pool wasn’t officially opened when we stayed at house but we were able to take advantage and spend our first afternoon hanging by the pool. The only suggestion I have is putting TVs in the bedrooms.

Bach party

I stayed here with my sisters and some friends for a bachelorette party. This is the perfect place for a low key party. We were out by the pool for two days and explored downtown Abington which about a 15 minute drive. Beautiful view of the lake.

Great location and view. Easy drive to Damascus to ride the Creeper Trail, or South Holston Lake, or downtown Abingdon. Pool is a great amenity for all ages. Eveline was a great hostess!

Abingdon Lakeview House

What a wonderful experience! Evie couldn’t be easier to deal with and their house is perfect for family to re-unite. Breakfast on the patio with incredible lake views, relaxation at the immaculately kept pool, jump on the creeper trail at Watagua station, minutes from winery and downtown Abingdon. This house is fully equipped and extremely comfortable! Would highly recommend!

Beautiful Home

The house was amazing! It had everything we were looking for and so much more. The pool was very nice and the large deck was so great especially with the dogs! It was fully stocked with towels, linen, cooking/cleaning supplies and so much more! Its very conveniently located to town, the creeper trail and only an hour away from Grayson highlands! If we are ever in the area again we would definitely return!
