”We made good use of this rental, it was convenient to all our family & activities. Host is very kind & quickly helpful on request. The main problem with a basement apt is that the thermostat is usually upstairs in the main house, but host was most accommodating about temperature control. We rested well here and had a nice week.”

”This rowhome is beautifully renovated and extremely clean — one of the cleanest properties I’ve ever stayed in! The size was perfect for us, and Byron’s communication was exceptional. ”Awesome space! Nicely furnished, has everything one needs. Family friendly, open concept. Good info from the owner, a fellow veteran. Well situated for various activities, in a nice safe neighborhood. Highly recommended!! Also recommend taking a 6 min walk to La Barrita, an Argentinian restaurant. ”The property was super cute. Very clean. The neighborhood isn’t much to write home about. The listing said 4 bedrooms but it is only 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. For what I paid for I was a little disappointed that it wasn’t actually what I needed for our overnight stay. It caused some friend circle conflict. The host was responsive although i had to call a few times to get access. Great place for a girls night. I would suggest cooling off the place so that it’s cool when guests arrive and...
