”Stayed one night. Clean rooms and beds were comfortable.”

”In our 1st room we found many ants in our fridge and on the floor. We went to the reception to complain about it as we didn’t want to get them in our luggage. At first they rolled their eyes and said “we have nature very close” but in the end they gave us an ant-free room which was little bit more away from the casino area (less smoke smell). So overall ok hotel quite close to South Lake Tahoe which was our place to go.”

Water in the sink backed up and would not drain. i was told no late check in i called t 2 more time just to verify and was told the same thing. so i booked another hotel. then when i arrived i was told i could have checked in late so the first night i had to pay for 2 hotels, the staff at the hotel said no one would have told me that, i called the property directly not a...
