The person that checked me in was horrible. He was rude and unprofessional. The hotel is old and dingy. The carpet in the room was dirty and sticky and looked like something out of the 70’s. Definitely will never be staying at this place again.

This property hasn't been updated, presumably, since it was built around 1980. The sinking feeling of regret came when seeing the condition of the lobby. Our room, booked elegantly through Orbitz, wasn't ready at check-in time, 2pm. Apologetic were the staff, but you could see they knew of systemic chaos behind the scenes. Nevertheless, the bed linen and bathroom towels were clean. A word to the wise: do not trust the polished images of this hotel viewed from booking destinations. Reality is surprisingly if not shockingly different.

A decent hotel for a very reasonable price. Everything was clean, the staff were helpful and the room was clean. The Junior Suite my party booked were very large, much larger than we are used to in UK and Europe. The immediate locale had various places to eat and we were able to utilise the bar at Le Meridien hotel which had a shady outdoor seating area as opposed to the indoor bars at Al Diar Dana.

I think the prices do become overrated for an average establishment like Al Diar Dana Hotel. Parking is left to the client's discretion, and is not secure. I got a fine during my stay at the hotel. The place has a "seedy" appearance, almost throwing one off track as a first impression

The room was too cold and the A/C (Heater) wasn’t working. They wouldn’t change the room and gave us an electrical heater.

Excellent price, welcoming people at the front desk. The room felt a bit dated but for the price it was good, and it was large and well-appointed (where else do you find a kitchen with dishwasher and laundry machine?).

Conveniently located next to a healthcare clinic for Covid testing =) and medical attention and near shops and the mall. The room appears a bit dated, but has free flowing hot water from the showers, and adequate water pressure in the bathroom.

Dovrebbero fare qualche lavoro di manutenzione , cambiare moquette , rinnovare arredamento. In generale cmq buona la pulizia , cordiale il personale . Ottima posizione.

All good except the Parking. Hotel doesn’t have parking floor, and all area around is so complicated to find where to park your car.
