HOUSE RULES
Please keep noise levels low at all times. Outdoor music or loud noises (yelling, musical instruments, amplified sound, barking, etc.) must be minimized.

Outdoor music is not allowed after 10 PM. No amplification devices or musical instruments may be audible outside the home at any time.

Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 9 AM.

No smoking anywhere on the property, including e-cigarettes and vapes.

Pets are only allowed with prior written approval.

Street parking is strictly prohibited. Please park only in designated parking spaces, garages, or assigned areas.

Parties, events, and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

If neighbors are disturbed, Royal Holiday Homes reserves the right to ask guests to vacate immediately without refund.

Alcohol consumption is not permitted poolside, and no glass containers are allowed near the pool (if applicable).

Please treat the property and furnishings with care. Do not move furniture or misuse appliances.

Only guests listed in the reservation may stay overnight. Please inform us of any extra guests to avoid additional charges.

Packages cannot be sent to the property.

Guests must inspect the property upon arrival and report any damages immediately.

All guests are the sole responsibility of the renter.

Trash must be disposed of in the onsite bear-proof bins. Failure to do so will incur a AED 500 fine.

Maximum occupancy limits must never be exceeded.

PET POLICY
Pets are welcome with prior approval only. After booking, you will receive a payment request for the pet fee and a refundable security deposit. We accept house-trained cats and dogs only, with a maximum of two pets allowed.
