”Clean rooms and pleasant staff!!”

”Initially We were assigned to room 206. The room was clean and nice; however, the shower stall was a disaster. We noticed and phographed black mold at the bottom of one of the walls. The next day we informed the front desk. They apologized and promptly moved us to another room- 326. Unfortunately, the shower stall in room 326 also has a black mold issue, albeit not quite as obvious as room 206. The mold is located at the bottom of the stationary panel. ”I reserved a 1 bedroom with fireplace room two weeks ahead of my stay . When I arrived on that wednesday April 29 I was told someone was staying over and I could not have the room I reserved. I was given a choice of a suite with a King Bed or a 1 bedroom with two tv's. I arrived at 10 so I chose the 1 bedroom since I had a meeting at 9 AM. So I paid extra for a room I did not get. The beds were comfortable but was made up like like the military. The bathroom water screamed three whole time you took a shower. Some people kept lurking in the parking lot all night which made me bypass the broken shade to constantly check on my car. ”Room: had to change three time, once again he bed was so old and noises it was impossible to move your toe without waking up, two second room loud overhead buzzing and when I asked the desk the response was “oh people complain about that noise in that room, I moved a lady the other night”, third roomAC did not work we sweat all night. ”The room was really clean and I liked the walk in shower. All of the staff were really helpful and answered all of our questions. It was hard to regulate the room temperature. That was the only thing we didn't like. The food was good at Bread and Butter Cafe and the casino had a lot of slot machines that were good. We will be back next year!”
