”Gym needs work, it's too small for the 3 patrons trying to use it. Bicycle machine is broken.”

”The room was large and comfortable. The beds were great. The room and bath had everything we needed. Amber at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with providing information on dinner options. We didn’t stay for breakfast, but the coffee was good.”

”Hotel was nice overall- but the beds were small and very uncomfortable. The pillows were like throw pillows and thin as paper. Breakfast was just cereal and a waffle machine. The staff was friendly but due to comfortability being an issue I would not stay again.”

”I’ve been coming to Chincoteague for over 30 years and this has become my new favorite. The view of the water from the pool is outstanding, same thing from the hot tub, property is well-maintained and clean. Staff is great and helpful.”

”You cannot beat this location across from the Assateague Lighthouse or the knowledge and stories of Capt. John who was born and raised on the island! We made the most of our 2 night stay. Very clean and well maintained family run property. The 11 small cottages are well situated with basic amenities. We took advantage of both sunset and sunrise cruises as well as the water taxi to a private beach. There are also kayak and small boat rentals. Had a fire on shore and looked at the stars....

”NOT a good motel for handicap people. NO evaluator for handicap people. No grab bars in the bathroom. Terrible parking (small area). Could not control the temperature of the water in shower and very low water pressure. The location of our room was very good (view of the bay). Will not stay here again.”
