The property is nice,location is very convenient to airport and shopping mall. There was this hammering/banging noise literally every morning whiles we were there,as if some repairs where going on and that was very disturbing.

Service was really poor. I was traveling with a group and it took over an hour to get everyone room keys. Service was slow in the restaurant and they were missing many food items. Bus driver didn't show for airport run in the morning though they did a good job of covering that. I won't use them again, there are better options.

The power went out in my room leaving me with no light or necessary Air Conditioning. I checked out early and couldn't get a refund. Hotel has extremely friendly employees but difficult to overcomecthe maintenance issues

The hotel rooms, hallway carpets, furniture etc are very old! The carpet was stinking of cigarettes and had stains. The bathrooms are moldy. The only thing I enjoyed was the hotel service staff who were lovely. I will NOT be returning.

When I checked in, the front desk staff couldn't find my name on the computer. The reservation was properly made but they couldn't find it due to their mistake (name and surname were written backwards). Then she called the manager and required me pay again. They realized the mistake but it took 40 minutes to check in. She never apologized and continued to behave arrogantly. Even though I had paid in advance for late check-out, Front Staff (male) was told to "not yet pay!". Great breakfast, nice room, good housekeeping, but the worst front desk staff, I will never stay at this hotel again. Now I know why this hotel is vacant when other hotels in Accra are fully booked.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. In my first room the air conditioning did not work, and maintenance quickly came to look at it. They were unable to immediately repair it, so they arranged for me to be moved to another room right away. This hotel is very poorly lit, especially in the hallways. It is downright gloomy, and presents a depressing, unattractive appearance. They really need to work on the lighting.

The staff was very welcoming and the hotel provide excellent service including the restaurant. I love the fact it is open 24 hours with great workers and service.

Do not stay at this hotel. Another reviews have said, there are cockroaches. Staff is poorly trained and does not communicate well. Room phones did not work, A/C was spotty, rooms are not cleaned well. Extremely overpriced and the restaurant food is not good.

Enjoyed my time at Best Western, Accra. Great hospitality from the staff, great food options, centrally located (max 15min drive to any hot-spot in the city. Slight issue with the room I stayed in though, there was a constant noise like the AC was on (even when it was off). This noise never stoped, from morning till night. Would be great if someone could see to it. It was in room 334. Besides that, everything was perfect! Thank you :)

This is my second time staying here. I think that there are parts of the hotel that are being upgraded because this room was leaps and bounds better than the other room I stayed in. My only complaint is that the bathroom light was very dim - maybe the lightbulb needed changing. Otherwise great service and good place for an overnight stay.

The staff was knowledgeable and welcoming. The property is clean and well maintained. Mma Zara’s restaurant that shares the same parking lot has great authentic Ghana food. The free breakfast at the hotel was very filling with great variety.
