”Property was clean, staff was knowledgeable and flexible, no parking, bar and restaurant was closed when I arrived and was closed when I was up. Good place for a safe roof and within expectations”

”Initial room that we were given had not been cleaned- one bed was not made and dirty towels in the bathroom. Staff at the front desk was very accommodating and quickly gave us a different room. This room was clean, but it smelled. Luckily, we had Lysol spray with us, so we sprayed that around to help with the smell and just dealt with it. There was trash and a lot of cigarette butts int he parking lot outside the door that we used.”

”Live entertainment and bar was dice. Rooms were outdated and there is no elevator to pull up four flights of stairs with your stuff. Also an overall odor in the hotel.”

”Property was fine. Had to ask about location of the gym. The pool was closed with no opening date in site. Would have liked to have known this prior to booking.”

”There was hair on the pillow. There was hair on the towels. There was hair on the bathroom floor. I had the front desk clerk come and change the sheets because there was a stain of dirt on the sheets. When you pulled back the covers. I was exhausted when I arrived and just didn't have the energy to go to a different hotel. The photographs are misleading. Do not stay at this hotel. I paid $300 a night and it was a complete total rip-off. It was worse than motel 6. It should have been $69 a night!”
