They say the rooms are non-smoking, yet the first room I got reeked of Marlboro cigarettes — it was like a literal hotbox of smoke. Then the second room I got, because I refused to stay in the first one, was a complete mess. The sheets weren’t even cleaned, and housekeeping clearly doesn’t bother changing them. ”Parking was easy and free which was good. Breakfast was good just needed a non pork item for meat for travelers who don’t eat pork. ”

”Love this hotel. They have remodeled it since last we stayed. Looks great. Issues. The bathroom in the lobby. Someone broke the door off the stall. Not sure how long it was like that but no one was trying to fix it. There was a stained bed sheet by laundry room in the hall. Not hotels fault but someone should have not let it sit for an entire night. Lastly, hall by rooms 130s smelt like animal urine. If guests are extended they should clean after themselves. ”The facility looks new from the outside, bed comfortable but carpet dirty, cribs on the floor definitely housekeeping did not vacuum. Requested a blanket we were given a fitted sheet that we had to pick up the front desk as only 1 person is working. Breakfast ok. Music blasting on the floor we stayed into, no one said anything. We will NOT BE BACK .”

”I loved staying in this historic beauty with a speakeasy jazz club beneath it. I enjoy vintage style and this place was simply a delight and adjacent to the Eastman Museum! Great little boutique find!”

”This place is absolutely gross! The smell was horrible everywhere. The toilet was super dirty, the floors were gross, and the window was broken with tape on it — definitely did not feel safe at all. There was also a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway the entire time. I know it’s cheap, but honestly I would rather pay more than stay at this gross place again. I hate giving bad reviews, but people should know before booking. Do NOT stay here!”
