”Booked a room paid for it got there to find out they didn’t even have a reservation through Expedia and then on top of that so they have no rooms try to get my refund told me it’ll take 7 to 10 business days. Still haven’t gotten it never using Expedia again.”

”Great hotel - very clean and smelled new. Gym has two treadmills, 1 bike and 1 elliptical with free weights. The one downside of our stay was noise. The walls are VERY thin.”

”The rooms were dirty, the bed mattresses were hard and old. The linens were spotted. The internet wasn’t working and the desk person just said there was nothing they could do. If you are going to stay here for the races at MIS, be prepared to be disappointed!! Additionally, don’t believe them if they say they will issue you a credit.”

”The rooms we very beautiful you can tell they were just redone but , i did request a down stairs room due to handicap but did not get one . The AC in my room barley worked as it stayed above 80 every night and day with the ac set at 62 . The water ran out of the pipes brown, every morning when first ran . The ice machine did not work at all and No coffee pot in the room and you had to take your own trash to the dumpster no xtra bags for the one little bucket . For a fast pinch it was ok but for...

”Staff was friendly, they didnt have the double rooms I reserved, only one queen bed rooms. There were stains in the carpet and in the fabric chair in room. Also debris on the floor,, like not vacuumed. Bed seemed clean, but would not stay here again with other options available in area. Breakfast was minimal muffins, bagels, juice. Air conditioning in room was good: hallways, lobby, and breakfast area was not working.”

”I loved the cleanliness of hotel and the many things we had access to, our studio room had a refrigerator and also a sofa bed that was very convenient we also had green apples available if needed and hot tea and coffee if needed to relax/kick back. Our staff was wonderful. The breakfast was so fresh and tasty.”

”The place is great. It’s clean and cozy and was very friendly and accommodating. The only things I didn’t like was the hot water smelled like sulfur and the bed was way to soft for my liking. Other than those two things it was perfect.”

”Somehow, the room key didn't work all sudden on the last day of stay. And the before the check out, a lady approached to my husband and screamed that he had to pay for the breakfast. First of all, it is not necessary to raise a voice to the guest, any circumstance. I don't know what confusion comes from but hopefully they have a little better employee education for future.”

”There was garbage outside of the rooms. Our room in particular grossed us out. The shower was so disgusting we wouldn't get into it without shower sandals. There was a bag over the smoke detector and room smelled like stale smoke. The bedding had blood stains and burn holes in it and had to go to the office to get clean sheets which were also stained. I wouldn't recommend anyone ever staying here”
