Asunnot – Addlestone

"Huone oli siisti mutta todella pieni, kahden ison matkalaukun kanssa oli hankalaa. Wc oli pieni, suihkuun/suihkusta ulos ei meinannut mahtua koska suihkun ovi aukesi ”väärinpäin”. Olimme toisessa kerroksessa pääkadun puolella ja se oli todella meluisa. Hotellin vieressä on liikennevalot josta lähdetään kovaa ääneen kiihdyttäen, kuuluu kuin olisi ikkuna auki. Huoneen ovi tuntui vähän heppoiselta, tuntui turvattomalta. Ilmalämpöpumppu tuntui toimivan oman mielen mukaan, joskus tuli kylmää ilmaa ja toisinaan huoneessa oli tukalan kuuma. Aamupala oli melko suppea mutta mahan sai täyteen, tarjoiluja täydennettiin koko ajan ja kaikki oli tuoretta. Tarjolla oli myös gluteenittomia vaihtoehtoja. Henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja ystävällistä. Check in ja out sujuivat mutkattomasti. Laukkujen säilytys maksoi £3/laukku. Hotellin lähellä on paljon hyviä pubeja ja ravintoloita, ja sijainti on loistava metroaseman lähellä. Bussipysäkit ovat lähellä. "

"Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was outdated, but ok. Breakfast was also ok, if you like English-style breakfast. Close to the metro station and some restaurants and shops nearby. "

"Staff woke me up by knocking at my door for minutes at 8am when my check out was at 11 despite a do not disturb sign. When I opened the door, they just told me that they would be cleaning my room later. Very weird. Told reception, but they were not intrested."

"Excellent and clean, modern hotel with all the necessary services, and a great restaurant. The hotel Wifi is untrustworthy. I am working globally with delivering remote training programs and facilitating events online. I had chosen this hotel while reading up on that they'd offer an executive wifi package. Unfortunately that is not available. The wifi was fine (20 Mb) until 3pm when all guests started checking in dropped to (3-5 Mb). My facilitation was disrupted and I had to go down to the lobby cafe (noisy) to deliver my training session. This was very unfortunate. "

"Aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen ja henkilökunta ystävällistä, ainoa outous oli se että aamiaista ei saa jälkikäteen ostettua huoneen laskuun. Sama teema jatkuu muuallakin eli ihan kuin hotellin eri osissa oleva henkilökunta/toiminnot olisivat eri yhtiöistä… Yhä yleistyvä hotellien tapa veloittaa ekstraa ennen ko 15 tapahtuvasta aikaisesta check-inistä (vaikka huoneita olisi saatavilla) on ärsyttävä - täällä maksu GBP50."

"The Drey was really wonderful place to stay for a three night. Neighbourhood was safe and nice. Easy to access and good location. Room was quiet and clean. Everything went well. We enjoyed our stay! "

"The service was very friendly. The room was a wonderful Riverview suite with a balcony. The views of the city were great! The hotel breakfast was great and of high quality, as was the rooftop bar on the top floor and the cocktail bar on the street level. The hotel facilities were very clean and modern. The location is also great, right next to the Thames."
