The pool is heated from November - April. For tanning spots, you’re spoilt for choice, with loungers on the poolside or on the roof terrace overlooking a sweeping panorama of Callao Salvaje. A brick-built barbecue provides the perfect opportunity to cook alfresco under the sunshine. Why not try grilling some freshly caught seafood or spicy chorizos? Serve up dinner on the table on your private terrace, soaking up the crisp air as you eat.
Set on the picturesque southern tip of Tenerife, Casa Vista Mar is just a short stroll away from the heart of Callao Salvaje. The centre is thriving with life, with a maze of shops, restaurants, and bars. Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 98cm wide alongside 9 steps. The front door has a width of 106cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 100cm wide. The terrace is flat and tiled, whilst there are a large number of steps to the roof terrace. The pool itself has step access. This is a ground-floor villa, where the master bedroom door is 86cm wide and the shower room door is 60cm wide.
