We are a company with years of experience dedicated to vacation rentals in Tenerife South (Canary Islands). We offer a complete experience of your visit to Tenerife. Both in the accommodation and in different activities for all tastes and ages (not included in the price).



The accommodation can be reached by car, taxi or bus. Our company also offers a transfer service from the airport to the apartment. The service is paid and they have to notify at least two days in advance to contract it.

Someone from the staff will wait for you at the entrance of the apartment at the agreed time on the day of your arrival. He will show it to you and give you the keys. Check-in hours start at 3:00 p.m. and end at 10:00 p.m. If any guest wants to check-in after this time, they will have to pay €25 in cash before entering the apartment.

Accommodation:

Nice studio located in a very cozy building in the heart of the Costa de Adeje (Playa de las Américas). The studio is a unique environment, it has a bedroom area with TV and a kitchen area (fully equipped to spend a few days) with a dining room for two people. It also has a full bathroom with a shower and a private balcony with a second dining area and incredible views of the ocean.

The complex also offers a communal area with a large terrace/solarium with a dining area and sun loungers so that you can make the most of the good weather (Sun loungers cannot be reserved. If you are not using them, you must leave the space free for other guests). Here guests can eat outdoors and relax in a more relaxed atmosphere with the rest of the guests. Guests will also share the laundry room. Equipped with washer, dryer and stall (These services are free and for community use).

The complex offers FREE WIFI for guests. Dont have a elevator. It has stairs (it is not adapted for people with reduced mobility). It does not have parking. You can park for free on the street although it is sometimes difficult.

It is designed for couples, people who travel alone and people who want to telework (adapted for SMARTWORKING)

Neighborhood:

It is in an excellent location, just 100 meters from the beach. Close to transport services (both bus stops and taxis, as well as the bus station). Close to a multitude of shops, bars, restaurants and pubs of all kinds (also at night). In general, it is a very quiet place, but guests should take into account before booking that due to its geographical position, it can sometimes be noisy (especially on weekends and major holidays).
