The villa is in a residential area of southern Tenerife, away from the main tourist promenades. We recommend a car for beaches, restaurants and attractions. It is not beachfront; travel times depend on your destination and traffic.

- Wi-Fi and TV.

- Street parking, subject to availability.

- No air conditioning.

- Pets are generally not allowed. A small dog may be considered as an exception, with the owner's prior approval before booking.

- One bedroom and one bathroom have step-free access; other areas have stairs. Ask about the layout if you have specific accessibility needs.



Villa rules:

- No parties, events or gatherings with anyone not staying at the property.

- Quiet hours from 11 pm.

- Groups made up entirely of young people under 25: the owner reserves the right to request an additional security deposit or cancel the booking before arrival.

- Breaking the rules may result in your stay being terminated early without a refund.



Where your booking includes a damage deposit, it is collected in cash on arrival and returned in cash at check-out after inspecting the property, provided there is no damage.
