To access the villa there is a path which is 110cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 80m wide. The terrace is flat and a mixture of tiles and artificial grass. The pool itself has ladder access. There are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 17 steps to the first floor where the double bedroom door is 70cm wide, and the shower room door is also 70cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 70cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 130cm wide. The villa complex is flat overall, however the garage is on the lower ground floor.
