Guests will have access to the entire house except a small indoor cupboard which stores cleaning goods and spare linen.

Simple electronic passcode entry so guests don’t have to worry about misplacing keys and for flexibility of check in/out time.

PETS:
If pets are indoor, they must be well-trained and clean such that they do not pee/poo inside and do not damage or dirty the interior or items.

Outdoor dogs must be behaved enough that they do not damage or dig up the yard or garden.

OUTDOOR UMBRELLA:
We will have the outdoor umbrella set down for your check in. You are more than welcome to open it up and use as you please, but you are also then responsible for closing it if conditions are not conducive of it being left open and any damage is caused.

NOISE:
Noise and disruption from the premises must be kept to a respectful level in consideration of the neighbours.
