Leider gab es Probleme bei einchecken… erst wurde mir eine Alternativ Unterkunft angeboten, dann Sol ich doch in die gebuchte … dann hat es bei einchecken , bzw der Code für die Tür war fehlerhaft. Nach 3 Telefonate hat es geklappt und zum Schluss kam noch die Aufforderung ich soll die Unterkunft noch mal bezahlen? Obwohl die schon bezahlt war ……"

"The appartement was very nice for my family. Everything was just perfect and since the owner knew my family was arriving late they prepared the sofa bed already. I can only say good things about this appartement and recommend if for everyone. The only downside wa that it didn’t have WIFI but We knew that before arriving. With WIFi this place would be rated outstanding, now it is just excellent 🥳"

"This was a fantastic flat to stay in. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and there were all the kitchen equipment to make a wonderful dinner. The owners were very helpful in answering all questions. "It is a five minute walk to two tram stops that go downtown. Each tram stop has a large supermarket as well as other stores. The apartment is large and the bed is queen-size and the television is very large. The streaming service had many stations in German, English, French and some other languages. I was not bored with the television. The refrigerator has a large freezer which is very helpful. The kitchen has all needed items. This is a good place to stay in Augsburg."

"The apartment is cute and just as listed. Well equipped with comfy beds and only a five minute walk to the train and bus station. My only heads up is that in the English pdf they send you with check in instructions, they say the apartment is “1st story above ground floor, left” this is totally wrong - it’s the top floor on the right. It was super confusing when the numbers on the door didn’t match their instructions (the top floor apartment is apartment 8). We obviously figured it out but this...
