”Property is beautifully designed. Looks like the lounge will be a nice place to relax once it is finished. Back patio was being utilized by guests enjoying themselves. Owners were kind and helpful, and accommodating with a request we made which was so appreciated! We will definitely return.”

”Door was ajar when we first entered. Room was oddly located in a heavy traffic area which was loud throughout the evening. The room had a thick carpet which make the room feel dated. Bed mattress was squishy--not firm. And my wife could not wait to leave. The staff was friendly on check in and check out, but the price of the room ($350) I felt it was not a good value. Yes, hotel rooms in Lake Placid command a premium in the summer. But this was overpriced.”

”We went to dinner on Friday and lunch on Saturday and they were out of a lot of things on the menu. Ex: chicken wings, clams. Parking is a problem, not sure if they have enough spots for each room. The staff at the desk and restaurant were not the friendliest and service was slow at the restaurant. Pool section and beach was very nice.”

”This was our second time here, and after this year we won’t be back. If you’re looking to relax, this is not the place. Folks not staying at the hotel come to use its amenities, which sucks for those who paid for them. The pool was constantly full of unsupervised children, violating all of the rules (running, diving, quiet hours, etc.).
