”YOU MUST STAY! I went with my husband, son, his wife, their 10yo son and 3yo daughter. We had a second floor bedroom and a third floor bedroom. The bedrooms (3 floors), tea/coffee room, all bathrooms, additional sitting rooms and basement (full functioning kitchen, rec room, laundry and bathroom) were all clean and tidy. ”Every detail was considered at Lake Placid Stagecoach. Our suite was perfect, comfortable, spacious yet cozy. Kelly and team thought of everything. ”The place was very accessible to shopping and tourist areas like High Falls Gorge and Whiteface Mountain. Breakfast was good. The only thing we didn’t like was the shower since the water from there flows right into the toilet. No clearcut divided except for the curtains. Other than that, our stay was great.”

Huge Samsung TV which required some effort to figure out how to navigate the channels, but after that I enjoyed the channel options and the picture quality. Some written instructions would have been nice. Ditto for the a/c remote but I didn't really need it. ”I received text messages ahead of my stay and once we arrived and responses very timely. The property was clean and the rooms were nice. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Parking was easy. I would stay again.”

”The room itself was nice, it smelled good and there was plenty of space to unwind. We had been excited to use the advertised pool and bicycles but the pool was "under construction" the entire weekend and when we asked about using the bikes we were told that they hadn't built them yet and they were unusable. Had we have known we could not use the features we booked the room for we would have booked with a different hotel. It is unfortunate as the room was not cheap to begin with.”

”It's an absolutely beautiful property! If your going soon be warned that some parts are under construction which did dampen our stay a bit (June 2026). We were walking around a path on the property and construction debris was falling around us in small pieces, the construction workers themselves were super friendly. The food at the hotel was amazing!!! Breath taking views and a small walk to main Street, with a bit of a steep walk back up!”
