”Great romantic stay”

”I would never stay there again. The service staff accused me of having several people in my room. They called my room and threatened to charge me. I walked in the hotel at the same time as other people and they assumed we were together.”

”I'm a Hilton Honors member but I didn't get any points or discounts because I used a third party to book. I didn't know that would happen!!! The water in the tub did not drain properly, and I was charged incorrectly for some snacks. Staff said they were correcting but it still showed on my credit card statement. I thought for the cost of a one night stay, breakfast would be complimentary but it was $22.00 :( It was a nice Hilton but there were definitely some things not right.”

”The staff were amazingly kind and courteous. The hotel needs Jesus! The lobby was the only newly renovated space. The rooms had a terrible oder. We switched from one to another thinking we just got a bad room the first time, but that was not the case. There was mold. The curtains, walls, and carpet were super old and filthy.
