”We've stayed here several times without issues. Friendly and responsive staff. But the cracks are showing (literally in the elevator). Also there was a persistent, nauseating plumbing/bathroom smell. Not improved with housekeeping. We kept the bathroom door shut at all times. Sad to see this place go downhill. Can't even expect regular turndown service anymore.”

”The front desk Asian employee initially charged me $170 per night for incidentals. After I stepped away to verify whether that amount was correct, she changed it to just $20. When I asked how the amount could change so drastically, she couldn’t provide an explanation. She also assigned me to a room where the phone wasn’t working, so I couldn’t call the front desk. When I tried calling from my cell phone, she didn’t answer. I also requested fresh towels because the two towels in my room had hair...

”Property was ok. It was very dated, and several of the amenities needed work (the snack shop was not stocked, the gym had broken/missing equipment). The breakfast looked to be ok, but we didn't eat it. With a little bit of updating and attention to the amenities, this could be a decent property.”

”The hotel is centrally located in area that is walkable. It was clean, aesthetically pleasing, beautiful decorated everything you need. Was there the bar the restaurant staff was nice and friendly. I would definitely go back!”
