”Super clean”

”Everything was great, the only thing I could say that needs looking at is the balcony doors are really hard to open and make a loud noise when you slid them open. You can hear the guests on both sides of you opening their doors. And the smoking area only had four chairs and two of them were broke.”

”The food was very fresh and very good. The pool area was very clean. However, my room had a tear in the carpet and the tack strip cut my grandson‘s foot. There must’ve been a leak in the wall where the bathtub was because it got our luggage, all wet, and the carpet was soaking wet. The pillow fell off onto the floor and when we picked it up, it was unusable because it was so wet. The staff were excellent. They were very nice. they only gave us three towels and there was five people we went down...

”The breakfast was fresh and very tasty. The room was clean, refrigerator was cool not cold. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful.”

”The outlets in our specific room need to be replaced. More than half couldn’t hold a plug. They just slipped out and we couldn’t charge anything. Note: There was a water leak under the carpet where it turns from tile to carpet in the so called foyer of the room. We really did enjoy our stay and the staff were very nice and helpful.”

”The hotel was nice, room was clean and quiet with good wifi, parking was easy. The place was full of families with children, especially the pool area was full of kids running around even after sunset. ”

”Where do I start? Horrible all the way around. No refunds for crap room. Not the same as shown on Expedia. Paid for ocean view w/Balcony (got ground floor). Multiple cockroaches, light bulb out, A/C & Heat ran non-stop and bearing out on fan. So loud hardly could sleep, TVs were a mess, Direct TV didn't work in 1 bedroom, batteries dead in Roku remote, water damaged areas, one door off hinges..... Etc. I paid full price for this crap. I will never use Hosteeva again. They don't care, just...

”Terrible tenia mi reservacion pagada llegando al lugar me dijieron que mi resrvacion no estaba les mostre mis confirmaciones primero no sabian de quien era la unidad que me habian rentado no esncontraban ala persona encargada de esa unidad cuando me dieron el numero de contacto llame y me dijieron que esa unidad habia sido rentada dias antes de que llo la rentara entonces me dijieron que esa unidad se habia sobrevendido y no me solucionaron nada!!!! Pesimo servicio de esta propiedad no lo...
