”Room was clean and staff was nice and helpful. They put me in a quiet room which was exactly what I needed.
The pillows are big fluffy lumps and they gave me the worst stiff neck. Also, no shampoo! You can’t tell when the bottle is empty. I called to get shampoo and I got two more conditioners because it said apres shampoo and was confusing to the staff, I think.

”VERY clean room & breakfast area!
Staff was great! EXCEPT when I went to check out, there was NO ONE at the Front Desk or in the Office for about 15 minutes. I needed a *printed* receipt, but was unable to obtain one at this time, because I had an appointment to be at. I had to phone in later in the day and have them e-mail me one. ”
