”Very nice and free coffee”

”When we arrived, the hot water was out, and we only had lukewarm for the next two days. The restaurant took forever to get an order, then there were no condiments nor sugar for tea and coffee.While we were there, people were stuck on elevators, while staff did nothing. One of our visiting group, a retired firefighter, got the fire department involved to rescue those trapped. I had stayed there once before, several years ago, and they lost power to elevators. ”Hotel was ok, old but decent. I booked a nonsmoking room, but the room we got first smelled so bad I could barely breathe so we asked to get another room. There was nothing wrong with the new room though. Wifi worked well and breakfast was good with warm and cold options.”

”For the price $69 a night the room was fine. Clean, had refrigerator and microwave oven. The floor had lots of scarring which made it look dirty. Overall as stated for the price it was fine. I would stay again. The staff was great. Breakfast was a nice addition.”

”As soon as you walk into the lobby, you look down on the floor and it looks like nobody has to sweat.Our mopped floor was dirty. Then whenever you walk to your room to get on the elevator you can tell nobody has vacuumed because all the dirt was cluttered along the edge of the wall. Some of the trimming needs to be repainted , are updated. There were several doors that look like a dog has scratched on them.Are the shiny veneer was coming apart. The elevator smelt like very hot over heated, burnt...

”We booked a while back and when we arrived, we were told they didn't have a room for us. They had our booking confirmation but somehow that didn't mean they saved a room for us. This should have been communicated ahead of time, not when we get there after a long day of traveling. We had an event to get to so this made for a hectic night of trying to find a place to stay, rush to get ready and get to the event. Absolutely unacceptable”

”Both of the rooms they tried to give my daughter smelled like cigarette smoke and their signage specifically states that if they even smell smoke, they keep your deposit. It was a pit, she stayed at a different hotel and we got a refund.”

”The staff was friendly and the maintenance man helped me out with no problems. The parking lot is very well lit. Overall good overnight experience.”

”I do not recommend this place. The hotel is in very poor condition. The bedsheets were dirty, and there were cockroaches everywhere. The cleanliness and maintenance were unacceptable. I would not stay here again.”
