”We were booked to stay 1 evening. Once we returned from our outing, and were heading to bed, we heard a dog barking, someone left him alone- that’s another story that I will not get into- but it was quite disruptive as you can imagine. I went down to the reception desk where the lady (wish I got her name) was extremely helpful. She relocated us to a different floor where there was quiet. The hotel itself is quite nice, newly renovated and the beds are very comfy. Definitely would recommend! ”
