”Only stayed 1 quick night for a work trip, but it was super convenient, the staff was nice, and the spot was cute! Will stay again :)”

”Erittäin kiva hotelli, josta löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen. Allasalueella oli aina vapaita aurinkotuoleja ja porealtaan vesi oli kunnolla lämmitetty. Sisäpihalta löytyi myös mukava pieni alue golfin harjoitteluun sekä grillausmahdollisuus ja useita pöytäryhmiä. Huoneessamme oli keittiö ja perusvälineet ruoanlaittoon. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Meidän kokemuksemme mukaan hotellissa oli kaiken kaikkiaan rento tunnelma ja majoitus oli ehdottomasti hintansa arvoinen.”

”Stayed in the 3 bed villa which had a wonderfully spacious shared space and full kitchen. Area was clean and the location was central and a walk to the nearby restaurants. Some of the beds could use an upgrade. However, for the price, this place was unbeatable. ”

”During our 2 night stay there was no hot water. Unfortunately, the staff chose to ignore the problem rather than address it with the guests (it was a property wide issue). That made for a shocking shower instead of an uncomfortable expectation. We were offered 5000 Marriott points in exchange (~$15-35). The nightly room rate was $225 after taxes. Ridiculous!”

”Brand new hotel (Opened in 2018) with super nice athmosphere and fresh, modern interiors. Clean and spacious rooms, quiet and with excellent bathroom. Good beds for good nights sleep. Balcony with breathtaking views to the pool area and to mountains. Activities by the pool (badminton, minigolf and games) and Instagrammable pool with giant Flamingo. Best of all however was the free morning yoga for hotel guests in the amazing sunrise. ”

”The breakfast menu has been the same for years. It’s good food, but would be nice if they offered more fresh healthy offerings. The pool is great, room is standard. ”

”Ihan ok hotelli, vähän kulunut eikä ihan parhaat sängytkään. Kiva allasalue, mutta altaan vesi oli todella kylmää tammikuussa. Jacuzzissa oli lämmin. Aamiainen samaa, mitä kaikkialla Jenkeissä. Kätevä, ilmainen pysäköinti. Jos saat hyvään hintaan, niin ota. Muuten ehkä katsoisin muita vaihtoehtoja.”

”Room very clean, staff friendly and accommodating. Only real issue was the card reader on the room door: wasn’t reading the key and the staff had to “jumpstart” the lock.”

”I am writing to formally request a full refund for our recent stay at your property, as the conditions were unacceptable and far below the standards expected of an Embassy Suites hotel. During our stay, we experienced multiple serious issues: No towels were available at the pool on several occasions. Mold was present in the bathtubs in two different rooms. Both rooms had broken tub stoppers. Towels provided were old and felt like worn rags. We found hair inside the drawers, which prevented us...

”We stayed from Saturday to Wednesday. Restaurant was closed on Sunday & Monday. Restaurant is also closed everyday for lunch. Both water fountains were out of order. It really looks like the hotel is about to go out of business. The positive side is the staff are very friendly and helpful. ”

”Didn’t have my room clean the I booked so ended up in a king instead of two queens. The pool was filthy and staff just said they were short staffed…pool was so cloudy and dirty it was concerning ”

”We stayed in Queens Bedroom with balcony at springs pool tower. The corridor seemed to be dusty, the carpet seem to be old and so was the look of the room espcially the back wall. However, th amenities nd activities outside of the room were engaging.”
