The holiday apartment is located in a small chalet park in the picturesque village of Afritz am See, nestled between the Nockberge and right on lake Afritzer See. This region is a paradise of mirror-smooth lakes and imposing mountain peaks, where outdoor enthusiasts can delight in a wealth of activities.

Choose a relaxing boat trip on lake Wörthersee, seek refreshment in the lakes Brennsee, Millstätter See or Ossiacher See, or venture out along the many beautiful cycling and mountain biking routes. In the mood for culture and relaxation? The nearby city of Villach tempts with its own thermal spa, cozy shopping streets, terraces and restaurants.

Once winter sets in, the surroundings transform into a beloved ski resort. About 15 kilometers away, you will find the top facilities and more than 100 kilometers of perfectly groomed slopes at the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski resort. Even closer (around 13 km) is the Gerlitzen Alpe ski area, beautifully positioned on the sun side of lake Ossiacher See. This snow-sure area offers you 50 to 55 kilometers of slopes and fabulous Alpine panoramas.
