The chalet is located in a small chalet park in Afritz am See in the south of Carinthia, surrounded by majestic mountains, vast forests, and crystal-clear lakes. It is the ideal place for those who love peace, nature, and a vacation full of possibilities. From the chalet, you can easily walk to the Afritzer See, where well-maintained beaches, green sunbathing areas, piers, and breathtaking views of the mountains await you.

But the region has much more to offer than just nature and winter sports. A trip to the nearby Villach is definitely worth it: here you will find cozy shops, charming terraces, and a relaxing thermal spa.
