”Opulence is the word for Es Saadi Palace. Wonderful pool area and huge garden. Many restaurants to choose from. This is the place to stay if you do not need to be inside. Medina.”

Service was kind and helpful and place is very clean and quiet.
There was big roof terrace with sunbeds. Shower had hot water and pressure was ok, unlike some other places in Medina.
Breakfast was good. Wifi connection is ok, worked really good on 2nd floor room.
Location is peaceful, near old Medina border.

”We spent a few nights in Andallaspa as we travelled to Atlas mountains. This hotel was very nice and gave a good value for money.
Junior suites were clean and spacious, and how lovely it is to enjoy a decent breakfast on the rooftop. Hotel also provides massages and they were heaven.
Location is very good too: inside the old town and close to action but the street is very quiet and you don’t hear the city inside the hotel. The only downside were the thin walls inside the hotel.

"The entire stay and experience was a disaster from the beginning to the end. Personnel was rude and hotel manager refused to meet with me to address the problems. There is a long list of problems so I wont start writing them all here. I demand a refund!!"
"Kiva iso vähän espanjalaistyylinen all Inc hotelli vesipuistolla ja useammalla altaalla. Vain 1 allas on kuitenkin lämmitetty 27-asteiseksi. Ruokavaihtoehtoja oli paljon buffassa (muuta ei ollut tarjolla snackbaarin lisäksi), mutta ne olisi saaneet vaihdella enemmän. Itse hotellihuone oli pienehkö neljälle ja aika kulahtanut, mutta ilmalämpöpumppu toimi. Hotelli on aika syrjässä mutta takseja saa heti ja bussi kulkee muutaman kerran päivässä keskustaan. "
"Service level varied a lot depending on the person. Some were very rude and unhelpful, some were excellent, nice and helpful. Rooms seemed a bit outdated even they were quite spacious. Would have like to give better recommendations but few very bad encounters brought the overall ecperience significantly down."
