"La Casa Del Molino De Viento" with Mountain Views, Private Heated Pool and Wi-Fi

This two-story vacation home features a living room, fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, and four bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace, TV, fan, washing machine, and a selection of books and toys for children. You’ll also find a ping-pong table and a private gym with exercise equipment. Two cots and a high chair can be provided.



The main highlight is the private outdoor area with a heated pool, garden, open and covered terraces, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower. Recommended nearby attractions include Las Nieves beach, the Dedo de Dios natural monument, and El Maipes Archaeological Park.



Parking is available on the property, with a dedicated area for motorcycles and bicycles. Families with children are welcome. Up to two pets are allowed for an extra fee. The property has air conditioning. Parties are not permitted. Please respect quiet hours (no noise after 11:00 p.m.) and do not invite unregistered visitors.



Beach and pool towels are provided. Three bicycles are available for guests. The area offers pétanque, mini basketball, and badminton courts. The property provides guidelines to help you separate waste correctly. Please note that a staff member visits daily to clean the pool in accordance with regulations.
