”nice views, very clean units, been here a couple times now. Helpful management if needed. Will stay again if in area and reasonable rates.”

”The good: clean room, great view of the lake, the pools, the location, pet-friendly. The not so good: unfriendly staff at check in, noise all night long (until at least 2 am), saggy mattress that hurt my back. There were people partying and shouting all night long, running through the halls, etc. I called the front desk around midnight and they said they would solve the issue but the noise continued. I got very little sleep. I wouldn't stay here again.”

”We were able to check into the room early so that was nice. The view was nice. There was no remote for the AC unit (suite 2) the fireplace would fall right out. The smoke detector went off in our room, I think because another suite set their smoke detector off. I messaged the staff via Expedia app and also texted the resort directly when I required assistance. No response at all so that was very disappointing. Thus resort had no front office, no lobby or restaurant so next time we will stay...

”The resort was very clean, family friendly, and quiet at night, with a simple and elegant design. The hot water dispenser was very convenient. They also provided disposable slippers, a toothbrush, toothpaste, and a shower cap, which was a pleasant surprise—I’ve never seen such thoughtful amenities offered at accommodations in Canada before.”
