This one-bedroom apartment has an 11 m² bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed and storage space. There is also another sleeping area in the flat with 2 bunk beds measuring 90 x 200 cm, which can accommodate both children and adults. You'll be provided with high-quality memory foam bedding.
There is also a bathroom with shower and magnifying mirror.
Last but not least, during your stay you'll be able to make the most of two attractive outdoor areas totalling 18 m². As the flat is traversing, you'll have a 4 m² loggia on one side and a lovely 14 m² terrace on the other. There is garden furniture for 4 people and an electric barbecue.
The flat is air-conditioned to keep you cool in the heat and warm in the cold.
This one-bedroom apartment is the ideal place to make the most of your stay in Cap d'Agde, with its beaches and shopping streets.

## Transit

Bus stops for Agde and the station are a 5-minute walk away.
You can park your car in the street around the residence free of charge, or you can use the La Clape car park 300 m from the flat.
