Cocoonr is offering this air-conditioned flat for rent in Agde, less than a kilometre from the beach, with a shared swimming pool. It measures 22 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a 14 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a shower room (with shower) and a terrace of approximately 14 m².

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A fully equipped kitchenette including: an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, hobs, etc.
- A bedroom with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: washing machine, fan, iron.

- A private, fenced-in terrace of 14m², facing east, with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- Communal areas: a secure shared swimming pool (unheated), open from 1 May to 30 September
- A shared, unheated swimming pool, measuring 15 x 8m, open from 1 May to 30 September

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
