This charming holiday home has the authentic character and soul of a house with a history. It is not a brand-new property, but it offers all the comfort you need for an enjoyable stay, with practical amenities and warm, welcoming spaces.

A perfect place to enjoy a true Mediterranean getaway, relaxing under the pine trees, exploring the seaside, and discovering the charm of Grau d’Agde.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire house as well as the very large garden.

The house is located in a very quiet and residential area of Grau d’Agde.



Getting Around:

Grau d’Agde Beach: approximately 1 km on foot (15 min walk) or 3 min by car – a large sandy beach, perfect for swimming, relaxing, restaurants, and water activities.

Grau d’Agde village (harbor, shops, restaurants): approximately 1.5 km on foot (20 min walk) or 5 min by car – enjoy the authentic village atmosphere, riverside walks, and local markets.

La Tamarissière (beach and pine forest): approximately 2 km on foot (25 min walk) or 5 min by car – a family-friendly beach surrounded by nature and pine trees.

Hérault River banks and walking paths: nearby – ideal for peaceful walks and cycling in a relaxing environment.

Cap d’Agde (harbor, shops, entertainment): approximately 5 km by car (10 min) – restaurants, beaches, activities, and seaside attractions.

Île des Loisirs – Cap d’Agde: approximately 6 km by car (12 min) – attractions, restaurants, and activities for all ages.

Aqualand Cap d’Agde: approximately 6 km by car (12 min) – a fun water park for families and friends.

Other Things to Note:

We kindly ask our guests to be extremely careful with cigarettes, as the house is surrounded by pine trees.

It is strictly forbidden to throw or leave cigarette butts in the garden, as the ground is covered with dry pine needles, which are highly flammable and may create a significant fire risk.

You will receive a message 2 days before your arrival with the check-in instructions.

At that time, you will be able to register your bank card for the security deposit.

If we are unable to complete the security deposit process, access to the accommodation cannot be granted.

A baby package including:

1 travel cot

1 high chair

is available for an additional fee of €15 per stay.

The travel cot is provided with the standard mattress designed for this type of cot, and not with an additional thick mattress.

Baby bed linen is not provided.

Early check-in or late check-out

Available only depending on availability, with an additional fee of €40.

Late arrival after 11:00 PM

An additional fee of €40 applies only if a personal welcome is required.

If your late arrival after 11:00 PM is completed independently, no additional fee will be charged.

A security deposit is required for all guests, including Airbnb travelers, through a bank card pre-authorization. The amount may vary from €300 to €1,500 depending on the accommodation.

You will receive a message 2 days before your arrival with the check-in instructions. At that time, you will be able to register your bank card for the security deposit.

If we are unable to complete the security deposit process, access to the accommodation cannot be granted.
