📜 HOUSE RULES🌿
1. PURPOSE OF THE RULES
The purpose of these rules is to guarantee the smooth running of the stay and to preserve the tranquillity of the premises. It applies to all occupants of the seasonal rental.
2. CAPACITY
The accommodations are designed for a maximum of 4 people. In no case may the number of people exceed this capacity. In the event of exceeding, the owner reserves the right to refuse access or terminate the stay without refund.
3. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
• Arrival: from 3 p.m.
• Departure: before 10:30 a.m.
Any delay or early departure will not give rise to any refund.
4. PARKING
A private parking space is available to tenants, located in the immediate vicinity of the cottage.�PGJyPg• Parking is limited to one vehicle.
• Please do not park on access roads, or areas not provided for this purpose.
• Visitors must park in the public areas provided for this purpose.
5. USE OF THE PREMISES
• The tenant must respect the tranquility of the premises and use it in accordance with their purpose.
• It is forbidden to organize parties or parties.
• No furniture must be moved without the owner's agreement.
• The interior is non-smoking. Smokers are asked to smoke outside and not to throw their cigarette butts on the floor. (to avoid the risk of fire)
• Campfires, barbecues on the ground or fires in the middle of nature are prohibited.
• Please respect the tranquility of the premises, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
• The use of outdoor speakers or loud music is prohibited.
• Swimming pools open 9:00 a.m. / 8:00 p.m.
6. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
• The tenant undertakes to leave the accommodation clean and tidy when he leaves.
• An end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in your reservation.
• Dishes must be done, garbage cans emptied and appliances cleaned.
7. PETS
• Pets are not allowed. ( exception small dogs )
• If allowed, they must be kept on a leash in the common areas and must not be left alone in the accommodation.
8. SAFETY & LIABILITY
• The tenant is responsible for any damage caused by him or her during the stay.
• It is recommended to take out holiday insurance.
• The owner declines all responsibility in the event of theft or loss of personal belongings.
9. DISPUTES
In the event of a dispute that is not resolved amicably, the competent court will be that of the place where the accommodations are located.
10. IN CASE OF EMERGENCY
• In case of fire or danger: call 112
11. REMARKS AND IMPROVEMENT
• We are very attentive to any remarks or suggestions that can improve the quality of your stay.

FREE END-OF-STAY CLEANING
We kindly ask you to take out the garbage, put away the dishes, tidy up the beds, sofas and outdoor furniture. The bathroom and toilet must be left in good condition, and leftover food must be thrown away.

FREE SHEETS AND TOWELS
!! FOR STAYS OF MORE THAN 4 NIGHTS!! (extra charge for 2 or 3 nights)
At the end of your stay, please remove the sheets from the beds and group the sheets and towels near the bay window in the living room.
