”Cleaning and breakfast staff were lovely. At reception communication was not great. Firstly at arrival I was not welcomed to pay the sustainability fee by card. They wanted cash. ( it would be good to communicate this beforehand) When I insisted to pay by card to avoid fees from the cash Maschine , all my cards were weirdly rejected at the hotel reception. (My credit cards worked anywhere else during my vacation) I wonder why cash payment is preferred.. Then I asked at reception to order a taxi...

”Wonderful place, near the pier, the beach and the restaurant with spacious and well equipped rooms. Sarris the owner was super helpful from the first text after my booking, and hyper mega helpful when he heard my journey to the hotel went a bit wrong. Would definetly stay again and recommend to anyone to do so. ”

”The resort is very family oriented and geared towards family activities. The entire property was clean. I was on all inclusive package and the food was very good. I got to sample things I normally wouldn’t try. I would recommend it to anyone traveling with children. ”

”Overall amazing hotel, staff were nice and rooms were nice. The pool is the main attraction of the hotel and it was great. Nice beach as well. The food was okay, the dining space felt a bit dated with some mold in the cealing… Only bad thing I noticed about the room that there was no ventilation in the shower/bathroom. Just a matter of time before the building is moldy. But I loved the room and views from the balcony.”

”The place needs total uplifting, carbage everywhere (most of them the plastic cups which fly because of the strong wind). Same carbage remain at the aquapark. There are a lot of electric cuts during the hot weather. The buffet is like a school buffet. Vegetarian options are good.”
