”It was great spot, nice clean and very comfortable units. However booing it though Expedia was a disaster, no phone number or any other arrangement made and we arrived at the property hoping to have someone help us checking in. Eventually a shop next to the appointment contacted the property management and she kindly came again and provided us with all details. Every thing else after was fantastic.”

”Clean, beautiful apartment in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay!”

”It was beautiful and the Air conditioner was heavenly and the property manager was so helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay”

”I recommend this apartment to everyone! It was so much nicer than just staying in a hotel. We had plenty of room and the check in process was very easy. Very clean”

”Overall the stay was good, but there were some issues. I paid for a specific blow dryer for the trip and they told me last minute it was given to another customer. Also, the air conditioning temperature is locked and the apartment did not cool down so it was very uncomfortable sleeping. Lastly, the shower is so small you can barely move in it. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it was decent and the host communicated quickly.”

”Excellent location. The Central Market was only a 2–3 minute walk away, and Santa Maria del Fiore was about a 5–6 minute walk. The property was spacious enough for four people. The washer and dryer were very convenient, and the air conditioning worked well, which made our trip much more comfortable.”

”Hotelli on rauhallisella sivukadulla ja hiljainen. Ponte Vecchiolle muutaman minuutin kävelymatka joen rantaa pitkin. Uskalsi kulkea hyvin yksin illallakin.

”very beautiful and we enjoyed our stay”

”There is a 6 € city tax for each person which was unexpected, Unit was perfect and located very close to a restaurant, wine bar, gelato bar and cafe.”

”Everything was really nice Only thing was you they only had shower gel available no shampoo or conditioner, bring your own. Hallway upstairs is always dark, need a flashlight.”

”Check in was smooth. Host communicated efficiently. Property is located very local to the town centre so very easy to travel from the hotel into the centre of Florence. It’s very close to all the key tourist sites. Hotel itself was quite cosy, floors were a little dirty and there were a few ants if you happened to drop some food on the floor. Had a slight issue with the toilet flush not working, we managed to work around it, but was a bit of an inconvenience. Came with a nice kitchen, and a...
