This spacious 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home is ideal for families, groups, and boating enthusiasts looking for a comfortable and practical base. The fully fenced front and back yard provides a safe, secure space for kids to play and for storing a large boat, with ample off-street parking inside the property.

Designed with boating and fishing in mind, the property includes wash-down and fish filleting facilities, an additional chest freezer, and four freeflow block ice moulds available for guest use. After a day on the water, relax around the outdoor seating area or enjoy the fire pit (bring your own wood) while the kids play on the grassed yard.

Inside, the home offers a welcoming and functional layout. The main bedroom features a queen bed, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and fan, with airflow from the lounge air conditioning. The third bedroom is perfect for larger groups or kids, with two sets of bunk beds and its own air conditioning. A porta cot is available for families travelling with infants (please bring your own cot linen).

The living area is set up for comfort, with two large 3–4 seater lounges, a large wall-mounted TV, and free WiFi. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with a family-sized fridge and freezer, electric stove, oven, and microwave (note there is no dishwasher). The bathroom includes a bath, and there is a separate laundry with a washing machine for your convenience.

The property is pet-friendly for up to two family dogs, with the condition that they remain outside. Strictly no pets are allowed inside the home.

All linen is supplied, so you only need to bring your own beach towels.

Please note this is a non-smoking property inside, and it is not suitable for party-type gatherings or groups of youth.
