”Hotel itself is great and situated in a fantastic location. All the staff from front desk to housekeeping who cleaned the rooms were wonderful and warm. The room was a little small but enough for two people and it was decorated to a very good standard, and the bathroom was lovely. Overall a great hotel, would recommend for a short break.”

”Front desk staff is coughing directly at your face. What do I know, maybe just sore throats from the polluted air, not respiratory ilnesses spreading. Was a pain to get few rather simple tasks done, been lied multiple times in the process.”

”Hotel Room was absolutely luxorious,peaceful and clean (we stayed 2nights in Royal Mughal Suite), there was own check in lounge for suites, so it was convenient. We had garden view room , it's the best (other choice courtyard, not so nice view). I would recommend the hotel to anyone who is willing to pay little extra for Royal Mughal Suite, other rooms i don't know.Hotel location was great to see Taj Mahal (maybe 15min by car) and Agra Fort. Spa was also one of the best ever visited. Overall...
