Maalaistalot – Agrigento

”I was not happy about the place as it failed when attempting to check-in. 1st) check-in is listed as 3PM, so I arrived slightly after 3PM and no one was at the place to allow check-in. 2nd) They only communicated thru Hotels.com app and I couldn'tr check in till 6PM. 3rd) The room's AC only works when you insert their key, but when you leave for dinner, the AC turns off (not smart when temps were very high 4th) at check-in, we were told breakfast was no included despite it saying on Hotels.com...

”Breakfast was great. The tranquility of the surroundings was just amazing. Wish we had stayed more than 2 nights.”

”This place was amazing and exactly the same as shown in the pictures! Food was good also”

”A peaceful, delightful, delicious retreat”

”Our room was very small but fine for one night. The pool is fabulous but unfortunately the spa jets didn't work, and the outside bar service was haphazard. ”What a fantastic place to spend a couple of days. This is why: 1. Great hosts: Julia and Georgio are like family. They help you with everything you need and are so extremely friendly! 2. Fantastic food: we had dinner and lunch and they cooked such great stuff all fresh out of their garden 3. Fantastic location: it is a very quiet and relaxing location Julia and Sergio: thank you very much for hosting us in such a great way!”
