”Hotel is nice, restaurant limited. Staff not helpful. I called prior to arriving asking to have a surprise in our room since we were celebrating a birthday (not asking for free) I was told it would be done. I also received an email from their guest services asking if I had a preference in room floor or any specific requests. I responded with first floor and again reminding them of the surprise. We ended up getting second floor and no surprise at all. I expected a lot more for a 4 star resort.”

”Ihan ok hotelli, vähän kulunut eikä ihan parhaat sängytkään. Kiva allasalue, mutta altaan vesi oli todella kylmää tammikuussa. Jacuzzissa oli lämmin. Aamiainen samaa, mitä kaikkialla Jenkeissä. Kätevä, ilmainen pysäköinti. Jos saat hyvään hintaan, niin ota. Muuten ehkä katsoisin muita vaihtoehtoja.”

”The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast had some good options, including very tasty oatmeal with lots of topping choices. The gentleman taking (sorry, forgot to catch his name) care of the breakfast was particularly kind and welcoming and kept the breakfast area well stocked and pristine, which made eating breakfast there a happy experience….thank you!!!”

”A pretty, refurbished property in north PSP. Two lovely swimming pools, pickle ball courts, and fire pits. The restaurant is open for breakfast/lunch on weekends only.”

”Brand new hotel (Opened in 2018) with super nice athmosphere and fresh, modern interiors. Clean and spacious rooms, quiet and with excellent bathroom. Good beds for good nights sleep. Balcony with breathtaking views to the pool area and to mountains. Activities by the pool (badminton, minigolf and games) and Instagrammable pool with giant Flamingo. Best of all however was the free morning yoga for hotel guests in the amazing sunrise. ”

”I had been admiring Sparrows Lodge online for a while and it didn't disappoint. This place truly is an amazing boutique hotel and the perfect spot for a relaxed getaway in Palm Springs. During our stay the hotel was nearly fully booked yet the atmosphere was nice and quiet. ”Pleased with location and also the check in/out process worked real well. We only needed 1 night. The only complaint is the pool is small and there were a group of many young adults that stayed in the whole day we were there and were drinking quite a bit. We never got to use pool. The next morning there were beer cans all over the place. This is the only problem I can see about facility being staffless.”
