”I was given the keys to a room that had none of the amenities that I had reserved and paid for on line. I contacted the desk clerk on duty about my concerns he was rude, told me that he had no other rooms and that he "just worked there". and I could talk to the manager in the morning because he couldn't do anything about the situation. I preparded myself to start to search for other lodgins. I called the person who had referred me and had recommended that I stay there. He was appalled about...

”Fantastic place to stay clean duper nice staff great amenities”

”Linda was great, checked on us prior to check in, making sure we were accommodated if being late for check in, felt very personalized. The retro decor made us feel like we were on the set of "Mad Men", its meticulously maintained, its movie star quality.”

”My girlfriend and I loved staying at Les Cactus! Unique design, relaxed ambience, staff always easy to access and so helpful and friendly. So close to everything you need while vacationing in Palm Springs. Easily, we would love for Les Cactus to be our go-to spot for every future vacation”

”Amazing hotel. We will be staying here for our future vacations. Judy was the best. Definitely recommend this place to any couples. This is a adult only hotel. Very peaceful and relaxing.”

”I had been admiring Sparrows Lodge online for a while and it didn't disappoint. This place truly is an amazing boutique hotel and the perfect spot for a relaxed getaway in Palm Springs. During our stay the hotel was nearly fully booked yet the atmosphere was nice and quiet. Walking through the hotel entrance you immediately feel relaxed with the beautiful surroundings and lit fireplaces. Here you can hide from the real world! Staff members were all friendly and helpful, and the location of the...
