Spend your vacation in total relaxation at this gorgeous beachfront property in Aguada. Perfect for families or couples, this rental offers a comfortable and spacious two-bedroom unit with all the amenities you need for a memorable stay.

Wake up to stunning ocean views from the comfort of your queen size bed in the master bedroom. The second bedroom comes equipped with a bunk bed (full and twin) and a single bed, perfect for kids or additional guests. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves and enjoy the cool ocean breeze with A/C in the bedrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals and a charcoal BBQ is available for outdoor grilling. Enjoy your meals in the dining area with beautiful ocean views, or relax in the living room with cable TV and Wi-Fi. Garage parking adds convenience to your stay.

Please note that while the unit is completely private, there is a shared patio area with another unit, which is a studio that sleeps two people. However, each unit has its own privacy.

Located in a prime spot in Aguada, you`ll have access to great surf breaks, bars, a bakery, pharmacy, and restaurants within walking distance. Just a 5-minute drive takes you to Rincon, where you can explore even more beaches and activities. Don`t miss the chance to visit the Farmer`s Market every Sunday and the Artwalk every Thursday.

As your host, I am here to assist you during your stay, but I respect your privacy. You can self-check-in upon arrival and I`m only a phone call or message away.

Please keep in mind that this is a vacation house, not a hotel. Treat the space with care and respect, and if any issues arise, I will do my best to address them promptly. Toiletries are not provided, so please bring your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.

Great view and access to the ocean. Isolated area so there’s not many people around which we wanted. Enjoyed the sitting area in the yard and the shade of the palm trees. Stove was adequate for cooking meals I wish there was washer/dryer access and a bigger fridge.

If you are looking for a beachfront location for the best price this is it! Very close to Rincón, steps from the beach, and in a quiet neighborhood. The only downside is that I didn’t realize it was a two unit house but that wasn’t a huge dealbreaker for us. Large garage for your car or cars, air conditioning and the location was perfect. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the shower was hard to stand under due to the position the water pointed in but we made it work. We had an issue with the tv but the host took care of it right away.

Upon arriving at the apartment, we were greeted by a pile of garbage bags in front of the house, with birds picking through them. I reached out to Jennifer, who explained that the municipality is responsible for trash pickup, though they never came. Unfortunately, this was our first impression.The property does not match the photos online, which appear to be outdated and not reflective of the current condition. The house seems poorly maintained — the exterior paint is faded, and both the front and back yards are overgrown with grass.Inside, the condition of the floors stood out immediately. The tiles are cracked, worn, and appeared dirty. The kitchen cabinets were difficult to open, and the utensils were old. Plates and cups were chipped, the refrigerator was small and rusted, and the microwave had a broken handle that had been patched with black duct tape. I informed Jennifer about this but received no response.The dining table was very worn. The bathroom was not clean; the shower curtain had visible mildew. In the master bedroom, the mattress had a deep dip in the middle, suggesting it’s quite old. In the guest room, the bedsheets had makeup stains from previous guests, and under the bed we found juice stains and children's socks — signs that the cleaning had not been thorough.The outdoor area also felt neglected. The lawn was unkempt.

Our favorite place we stayed in Puerto Rico!

We loved our stay at this rental! The access to the beach was right across the yard. We loved the beach chairs in the yard for hanging out in the shade when we needed a break from the sun. My kids loved playing in the waves and searching for seashells and sea glass. The beach was not crowded and was enjoyable to walk on. Our family of 5 did well in the space. The small kitchen was great for when we did not want to go out to eat. The staff in charge of the rental were quick to respond and willing to help however was needed. Thank you for the memories!

We had a serious hiccup the day we arrived. We got in touch with Jenifer and with in minutes she had us in a different location with in minutes from our initial location. She made us feel safe and secure in a place we didn’t know…. She exceded our speciations. Will do business with her again.

My solo girl trip!

I traveles to PR alone for a week and it was wonderful. I enjoyed my little apartment very much. The beach was absolutely wonderful. So many shells and sea glass. It was hurricane season when I went so the water was a little rough but warm. The property was blooming with flowers. I would stay here again. My only complaint is that the wifi was not working (as stated in spme other reviews) and the cell service is limited. I reached out a few times since I was traveling alone because this was an important amenity to me. I bought a couple of cheap lamps since there was just overhead lighting inside but that was just for my personal comfort. The multiple mini splits work great and the place is very cool inside. The neighborhood and people are very pleasant. The food is wonderful. Please visit and enjoy this cute apartment!

Not what I expected. From inside the house, ocean view is obstructed by walls, enclosed concrete porch. The master bedroom A/C did not work. I contacted the manager and advised her of A/C not working. She said she would send someone out to fix it, however that never happened.

The property is awesome the beach right out back offers peace and tranquility and the yard offers plenty of playing space for kids or bbq place for relaxing I will say the only problem I have are ants and bugs so keep foods put up awayand bug spray handy or bug repellent candles etc

Beautiful location on the water! We made short drives into Rincon for beaches, shopping, and restaurants; but spent our evenings/mornings in the backyard beach! The kids (10,12,14) loved playing in the water and hanging out on the beach each day. We were unlucky with the sunsets (cloudy/rainy) but this place was perfect! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view

Overall the stay was good. The place has access to a breathtaking peaceful part of beach. The place could use a little more TLC. The bed in the master bedroom seems to be broken, i kept sinking in the middle of the bed with my husband, i had to sleep opposite of him. Found a few bugs, maybe because it's so close to beach. Could use some luggage holders. Price is reasonable i would stay again good area.

What a beautiful property. Wonderful location with easy access to beaches & restaurants. Everything in property description was accurate. Being able to walk out the back door on to your own beach was amazing. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the memories!

Good place for the money

Good well-kept property with decent amenities and beachfront access. It is smaller than what the picture leads to believe. It should also be known that it is not the whole house but one house that has been converted into two units. The main unit can be entered from the outside but this unit can only be entered through the garage area. So it is not truly a whole home experience. However, it is a great value for the price.

Close to a lot of things to do!

We stayed in apartment 1 and had access to the garage, which was a great plus. They had chairs and items for us to use at the beach. The house was at the end of the street and it felt very safe. The location was close to lots of things to do and places to eat. The inside of the apartment was really the bare minimum. There was no bath mat in the bathroom, so after a shower my husband almost slipped on the slick tile. They ask that you wash dishes, but there was no dish towel to dry them and the dish rack under the sink was used to store pot lids. The room with the bunk beds had only the beds and no other decor or furniture. The main room had a bed and two nightstands, but there was nothing on the walls and nothing else in the room. It felt very sterile. The bed in the main bedroom was the worst! It caves in the middle so my husband and I kept rolling in. The pillows were nice and they provided plenty of towels for the beach and to shower. The water pressure was very low when we first arrived and the outdoor shower did not have a shower head so we couldn’t wash the sand off from the beach. Be mindful of the time of year you stay because the waves can be very strong and they have swim restrictions if it’s really bad.

beautiful views

We loved the breathtaking ocean views of this property and how private it was. It is a house with 2 apartments and a carport. There are not ocean views from this unit, but all you have to do is open the front door and walk a step to the backyard door. There were beach chairs and boogie boards for us to use. We spent hours looking at the ocean. My only complaint is the loud music coming from a bar 2 blocks away. They played very loud music until around 12:30 am on Friday night. The property manager said they are allowed to play loud music until 1 am. The music was softer on Saturday and didn't interrupt my sleep. I would stay here again.

Amazing Location

Great location, easy access to the beach, not a crowded area. Really perfect spot. I did run into a problem with fire ants in the yard, but we loved our time at the place.
