What a beautiful location in Puerto Rico. Edwin was a great host. Very communicative. Great easy check-in process. My family of three had a wonderful time there in their condominium. The pool was nice and clean and large. The beach out front was perfect to relax. You could sit in the sand or sit on the grass. The condo was beautifully decorated and well appointed. We loved all the amenities it had. He had stocked beach, chairs, towels, coolers, and everything. Great area in Puerto Rico. Will come back again. All his recommendations were perfect for places to go and eat. The barbecue chicken across the street was a must.

The view was amazing. Our stay there, I have nothing negative to say. This was truly a home away from home. The recommendations made by the host were also great. Definitely going into my favorite places to stay when on the West coast of Puerto Rico . 10 out of 10.

This clean, quiet, well-equipped condo was the perfect home base for our week in PR. We spent hours at the pool and hit several different beaches during our stay. Our family especially enjoyed watching the surfers during breakfast and playing games on the balcony. The quick 10-min drive into Rincon was great for trying new restaurants when we didn't feel like cooking. Eddie was so helpful and kind, and quick to respond to any questions or needs. I'd highly recommend this beautiful condo!

My husband and I stayed at Edwin’s beautiful ocean front condominium. It was incredible and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit beautiful Puerto Rico. The ocean view is amazing and can been seen from every room in the house. We felt like we were at home, the condo is very well kept, exceptionally clean ( and I am super particular). The beds are incredibly comfortable, the furniture feels new and the kitchen well stocked. Beach access to basically a private beach that wraps around the island. I was able to do about a 3 mile walk every day by accessing the beach from the condo. My husband surfs and was able to do so in front of the condo for most of the trip! Pool is fabulous, clean and has an ocean view. Eddie was fantastic, checking on us and easily accessible. The town has so much character and great restaurants. Can’t say enough good things and will definitely be returning!!’ Thanks Eddie for sharing a piece of your paradise with us !

Condo has everything you need! Clean and spacious. Our host Eddie was very responsive to our needs. Pool is lovely and quick access to beach. Beds were comfortable with nice linens. You need fobs to get anywhere, so be sure to keep it on you!

Perfect slice of paradise

We had the most amazing experience at Eddie's place...he was great on communication and helpful tips for things to do on the area...the condo was perfect...cold a/c, fans on the balcony with an amazing view. The beds were so Comfy and the condo has any amenity you could think of...the pool was a great size and loved it was so close to a beautiful private beach... Would stay here again!

Perfect winter getaway

We stayed in Puerto Rico for a month. This condo was just perfect for our needs. Great location between Rincon, Aguada and Aguadilla. We had wonderful sunset views. Thoroughly enjoyed relaxing and having meals on the comfortable balcony watching surfers. The check-in process was very detailed. Eddie was very responsive and communicative. The condo was stocked with plenty of bath and beach towels which was appreciated. We explored about 75% of the island and thought this location offered the most. Would highly recommend this rental!!

Life on the beach

We stayed in this beautiful Condo from January 19th thru the 31st. Very nice, well maintained with all of the amenities needed for a perfect vacation. The included beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were a welcome benefit as we used these almost daily. The pool is large and accommodating but we spent more time on the beach working on our tans ! Several beautiful beaches are close by where you can snorkel and swim. Our Condo contact Eddie responded immediately to any and all inquiries and had several recommendations for area sights and restaurants. Thank you Eddie! Driving in Puerto Rico is interesting to say the least but after a few days you almost got used to it! A car really is necessary to see all of the beauty Puerto Rico has to offer.

Mar Azul condo 6th Floor - Aguada PR

Our family had a wonderful time in Puerto Rico and we enjoyed this rental really well equipped, clean and with a very nice view. We had a few surfing morning sessions in front of the property with no crowd on the waves.Our host Eddie was very nice and quick to respond to our inquiries.Tha place also a backup generator wich is very handy in case of elelctricity issues on the island.We will for sure come back and thanks again Eddie and family for sharing with us your second house :))

Beautiful, clean, accommodating condo in Puerto Rico

This condo was immaculate and beautiful all while being the perfect place to stay as it is centrally located between the various beaches, attractions, and restaurants. Everything inside is updated, clean, and tasteful. The beds were more comfortable than our beds at home! Outside there is a pool directly overlooking the crashing waves along the coastline, as well as a sand volleyball court. The property is gated and extremely secure. The owners were fabulous to deal with, easy to communicate with, and made sure our stay was memorable and fabulous as possible. We will definitely return!

Grounding & Beautiful Stay - July 2024

Modern and beautiful 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom spacious, high level apartment, fully equip with great intentional details at an upscale building and beyond peaceful location. Side, large ocean view with afternoon sunset access. Large size, warm pool facing the beach. Restaurants, pharmacies, convenience stores and bakery stores and/or towns are super close by. Our stay was that of eight days of a much needed get away. The location and apartment exceeded our expectations. The location is in the midst of plenty of tourists attractions such as beaches. Aguada has an incredible history, sense of peace and beauty I had never heard or experienced. The grace exhibited by Ivannia - the owner, was palpable. Communication between her and Edwin - also involved in all matters was superb. If you are looking for a well balanced location, with beauty, peace, history, safety, greatly maintained and close to many advantages you have arrived. The perfect getaway!

My boyfriend and I had the most amazing stay here and we can’t wait to come back! The location was perfect. The drive over to Rincon, which was our favorite to explore, was less than 15 minutes and there were plenty of restaurants and beaches near by. The condo itself was pristine! Everything was clean and organized. We had everything we needed. Baloncy was the perfect spot to enjoy coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening! We definitely took full advantage of the beach access and pool which felt almost private at times. Ed was a great host too, answered all my questions & gave some awesome recs around the area. Overall, one of the most relaxing vacations we’ve ever taken and we can’t wait to come stay again!

Fabulous winter getaway with stunning views

We had a fabulous time at the Oceanfront condo in Aguada. The condo was spotless and everything about it was comfortable -- beds, living room, balcony furniture, etc. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to do some meals at home. We spent lots of time on the balcony -- watching the stunning sunsets and enjoying the view and the sound of the ocean waves. There are several local places within walking distance to get food, but also a short drive to the towns of Aguada and Rincon. Check in could not have been easier and Edwin was extremely responsive to my many inquiries. Beach and pool are both lovely. The pool is big enough to swim laps and the beach is perfect for walking -- a few surfers but not many tourists which was perfect for us. Great location for day trips to Rincon (farmer's and art markets), Maco (lace museum) and Aguadilla (painted houses parque de colon for sea glass). The condo was just what we were looking for and met all of our expectations!
