Ocean Front Täysin uusittu yksityinen lomakeskus uima-altaalla Table Rock Beachillä

Tässä henkeäsalpaavassa yksityisessä, aidatulla, rannalla sijaitsevassa lomakeskuksessa on hehtaarin erä, jossa on 2 täysin uusittua vieraakodia, 12 makuuhuonetta, 8. 5 kylpyhuonetta ja melkein 7200 neliöjalkaa. Edessä olevassa vierastalossa on 7 makuuhuonetta ja 3 kylpyhuonetta, joissa on keittiö, ruokasali, olohuone ja pelihuone. Rantahotellissa on 5 makuuhuonetta, 5. 5 kylpyhuonetta, gourmet-keittiö, olohuone, iso ruokailutila ja ylimitoitettu ulkoterassi, johon mahtuu kaikkia!

Tämä rantatalo ja ylimitoitettu uima-allas sijaitsevat yhdellä Puerto Ricon halutuimmista rannoista, Table Rock Beach. Nauti rauhallisista, upeista näkymistä Atlantin valtameren rannikolle ja ranta-alueelle, josta voit katsella surffaajia vedellä tai auringonlaskuja joka ilta. Ota vain muutama askel nauttiaksesi hiekkasta jaloillasi ja valtamerellä, jossa voit seurata pöydältä tulevaa rockia murtamaan aaltoja, snorklaamaan rauhallisessa vedessä, keihäskaloja, etsimään aarteita, kuten merikuoria ja merilasia, ja paljon muuta!

Rantatalossa on kaunis keittiö, joka avaa 1000 neliöjalkaa ulkoterassia, josta on sekä uima-allas- että merinäköala. Tällä terassilla on pöydät, sohva ja runsaasti istumapaikkoja rentoutuaksesi ja nauttiaksesi Karibian kauneudesta. Suuri 10 jalkaa syvä suola-allas istuu valtameren varrella. Se on aidattu pienten lasten turvallisuuden vuoksi ja siinä on liukumäki hauskanpitoon. Siellä on myös suihku nousemaan ja ulkouima-allas.

Kaikissa huoneissa on puhdas nykyaikainen tunnelma, queen-vuoteet ja ilmastointilaitteet. Joillakin makuuhuoneilla on jopa oma kylpyhuone kylpyammeella.

Tontit koostuvat kauniista rehevästä maisemoinnista, mukaan lukien palmuja ja hedelmäpuita. Siellä on erittäin suuri ruohoinen alue, joka tuntuu yksityiseltä lomakohteelta. We had a blast! We rented both houses for a week long family reunion. The age group of our family is from 6 months to 72! The pools were perfect for all ages and the kids loved the slide. The beach was easy to get to and we built a sand castle with the younger kids. It was easy to enter and leave the property. We felt safe the entire time. Daniel was great at responding to any questions we had and he even did a small delivery of groceries for us to have upon our arrival. The rooms had great a/c units & fans. We never felt hot. Everything was clean and we had plenty of towel ect. The pool table was a hit for the young adults. We would stay there again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The property is mesmerising. It has varying views from all angles of the property. The ability to be able to sit and enjoy such astounding beauty is incredible. The sunsets and sunrises are spectacular to behold. The houses came with accessories that everyone could enjoy. The pictures on site do not justify how beautiful the property is. We found the logistical and design dynamics of the property unique. The staff was available and responded in a speedy manner when something arose. The family enjoyed themselves so we rate the property as “Good”Below is a list of items that were insufficient that would have elevated the stay to “Excellent”Inability to flush toilet paper down the toilet. Toilet paper had to be placed in a separate plastic bag and discarded. This was especially difficult for the kids. (Both Houses)The stove did not work so we used the oven. (Beach House)The washer at the Beach House did not workDoor knobs very cheap and fraile (Beach House)Handle to shower by pool was there for looks because it came right out when turning on water (Pool Area)Sink in the kitchen as difficult to operate (Beach House)There was a leak in one of the upstairs bathrooms in the Beach House. Located in the shower ceiling. It leaked a white residue that can be noted on the shower floor. We reserved both houses for a local wedding. This allowed us to be together and still close to church. Beach was phenomenal. Beds comfortable, a/c worked great and beach house outside was perfect for us. Would easily recommend this place

This makes 6 family trips to the Rincon/Aquada area. The last two have been at the El Camino Grande. This is a great place to relax together as a family. The space gives you time to enjoy the peace and ocean by yourself, along with plenty of space for family fun.

This place is everything we wanted! We got to have our wedding ceremony on the beach and the reception on the lawn of the property. The houses and pools were so amazing and we even considering coming back again with our friends and family. Such a lovely place and the caretakers were so helpful and amazing. Can’t wait to come back!

House was in an amazing, easy to access location in Aguda. Day trips to Rincón, Aguadilla and Isabella easy to navigate. Beach was an ever changing photo with every change of the tide. Sunsets breath taking. Pool was delicious. Kitchen well equipped. Bedrooms comfortable. We will be back

We had an amazing time for our first trip to Puerto Rico! The location and property were perfect for a large group to enjoy and still have space to spread out. Honestly, I can’t think of anything they didn’t think of! Definitely consider this place if you are visiting Puerto Rico.

Had a great time. The outisde of the property was a great gaynering place, houses were well stocked with everything we needed. I can't say enough about the property, its location and how well the house was set up. My wife and I celebrated our 50th anniversary on 2/2/24. The weather perfect, bedrooms and baths enough for 25 people. We rented both houses. The allowed us to spread out and give all their own space. The Lanai on the Beach house served as the main hangout and where we had any meals we had on the property. We all loved the kitchen and made great use of it. As you can imagine meals for 25 are not easy, but this kitchen can handle it. I would recommend this property to any one. I hope you enjoy as much as we did. Thanks Renda for all of your support. We went on family vacation with our friends and two small children. The house was wonderful and was better than the description. Beds where very nice, bathrooms where in very good condition. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessities plus. Pool was very clean and beautiful, this location exceeded our expectations. We will return in the future The Carosellas

We went to PR to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday with family. We rented both properties which housed 8 families. The property was very clean, they provided the basic necessities and linens. There were a couple of hiccups that were taken care of immediately. We met the old caretake, Chris and the new one, Daniel. Both were really great. There was plenty of room for everyone on the property and the views were amazing. It brought us a lot of peace and we are hoping to visit again. You will not be disappointed.

We stayed at the beach house (the home closer to the water) and had the trip of a lifetime. The photos don't do this home, property and setting justice! Wow! The layout of the home and outdoor space allowed for our large family (me, my husband, his parents and our adult kids +) to gather and spend time together relaxing, playing dominos, playing pool, cooking, swimming, laughing and enjoying Puerto Rico! We had a chef for my husband's birthday celebration. The gourmet kitchen and outdoor space accommodated him as he prepared a meal with seafood paella. It was an amazing. The home is over 2 hours from San Juan airport, so we stayed in Old San Juan a few days and took our time traveling to the home...well worth the trip. The kids snorkeled in the water at the home, surfed in nearby Rincon, we enjoyed some local restaurants and the square in Aguada. The property manager was close by and quick with any questions we had. Don't pass this home up, it is a gem. Thank you for having us!

We stayed at this property with 23 people. We rented both houses. Each home has two refrigerators, a pool at each house the beach in the back, two gates that are secured and locked. We had an amazing time. This property is gorgeous. We were greeted by Chris. Who is the property manager very nice guy. Anything we needed we contact him he assistant I definitely recommend this property.
