The kitchen comes with all essential cookware and appliances, including a toaster, microwave, oven, kettle, and juice extractor. The bathroom is spacious and easily accessible, with a shower, glass screen, hairdryer, ironing board, and iron. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided.

Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV in the living room. The apartment is entirely private and located in a building with a private entrance, ensuring a quiet and relaxed stay.

The property is located in the coastal town of Arinaga, on the southeast coast of Gran Canaria, a destination known for its relaxed atmosphere, pleasant seafront promenade, and authentic Canarian character. Guests will find supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, local shops, and all essential services within easy reach, making it an ideal location for both short and extended stays.

Just a short distance away, you can enjoy Arinaga Beach and its natural swimming areas, popular for swimming, snorkelling, and diving, thanks to the crystal-clear waters. The scenic promenade is perfect for leisurely walks by the sea, while nearby attractions such as the Arinaga Lighthouse, the beaches of Vargas and Pozo Izquierdo, and the island's excellent road connections make this an ideal base for exploring the southeast coast of Gran Canaria.

Getting around Playa de Arinaga is quite easy. Here are some options for getting around the area:

On foot: Playa de Arinaga is a fairly accessible area for walking. You can enjoy a pleasant stroll along the promenade, which will allow you to appreciate the coastal scenery and the tranquillity of the area.

By bicycle: Renting a bicycle is a great way to explore Arinaga and the surrounding area. There are cycle paths and the terrain is fairly flat, making it a comfortable and environmentally friendly option.

By car: If you prefer to move around more freely and explore other parts of Gran Canaria, renting a car may be a good option. There are several car hire companies on the island. Also, parking in Arinaga is generally accessible.

Public transport: You can use the local buses (guaguas) to get around the island. The company Global is the main bus operator in Gran Canaria. Check their routes and timetables to plan your journeys.

Taxi: Taxis are readily available and are a convenient option if you prefer more direct and comfortable transport. You can hail a taxi or meet them at designated taxi ranks.

Private transport services: You can also use private transport services such as Uber or similar local apps, if available in the area. Organised excursions. Another option is to join organised excursions that will take you to different points of interest on the island. These tours often include transport and can be a convenient way to see more in less time. Each option has its advantages depending on your preferences and the time you plan to spend in the area.
