Spacious 1-BR Home w/ King Bed near Yosemite

This home is perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip, staycation, work-from-home alternative, or cozy home base while exploring everything in this peaceful neighborhood.

The house is fully equipped to be your home-away-from-home. The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances, tile countertops, and of course, all you need for coffee each morning! The bedroom has a king bed with a full bathroom.

Please note that while there is a second larger detached unit on the property that houses other guests, it is completely separated to ensure your privacy and comfort. We understand the importance of privacy and have gone to great lengths to ensure guests have complete discretion and quiet surroundings.

Please be advised that external cameras have been set up on the property for your safety and our assurance that the property remains serene and peaceful for all guests to enjoy.

As experienced hosts, we have taken every step to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We have furnished our vacation home with everything you need for cooking, cleaning, and living at your convenience. If there is something that is missing or not to your standards, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are committed to making sure that your stay is as pleasant and satisfying as possible.

Our guidebook offers a variety of activities and attractions to explore in the area. From breathtaking outdoor adventures to exciting dining experiences, you'll have plenty of ideas to fill your itinerary.

As an engineer who needs a reliable workspace, we understand the importance of a strong and fast internet connection. Our vacation home boasts high-speed internet that can reach up to 200mbps.

During winter months, traveling can be risky due to potential snow storms. We provide plowing services, but during severe storms, it may take some time for the driveway to be cleared. Shovels are provided, but it is a rare occurrence. We recommend having chains available for your vehicles during the winter months to ensure safe and easy travel. It is always advised to check the weather forecast before traveling to the area during the winter season.

Guests have full access to the studio - our place is comfortable and we hope you enjoy your stay!

There are parking spaces in front of the house, please do not park in the driveway as those spaces are reserved for the other guests.

SAME DAY BOOKINGS:
Please note that check-in is any time after 7 p.m. (For checking in on the same day you booked, our handymen, pest control, other utility service workers, and cleaners may be working on the property and need enough time to prepare the property), if the property is ready before 7 pm, we would let you know.

We also have a 24/7 contact team during your stay that can be reached via text/call.

There was a yellow jacket infestation, INSIDE the building in the ceiling. A very large turkey belonging to the next door neighbor starts loudly gobbling about 100ft away at 5am every single morning, and it's worse than a rooster. The place was a mess, there are cobwebs absolutely everywhere on the ceiling corners and lighting fixtures. The communication was non-existent. A fold out sofa was advertised, but there was no bedding or pillows other than the fitted sheet, so I had to use a small blanket we had in the car for my daughter. I wrote the host about it and they said check the laundry room...but there ISNT A LAUNDRY ROOM. I communicated this back, and I had no other response. I wrote again an hour later, still no response. No response the next day either. No apology of any kind. Nothing. The grass isn't cut and it's overgrown to about two feet high. Overall, stay away from this dump that appears to be a converted old garage, and a horrible host.
