”Merci à Monsieur Guyard et son équipe pour l'accueil ! On se sent très vite à l'aise dans ce magnifique domaine. Adultes et enfants ont trouvé leur place. Le lieu est parfaitement sécurisé pour les enfants. Les sportifs (et les autres) apprécieront le cadre et la richesse des équipements. Bravo à Monsieur Chigne pour sa discrétion et l'entretien du parc magnifique dominant la Charente. Nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir !”

”Fabulous gite with fabulous hosts. Pete and Laura were incredibly hospitable from booking restaurants, giving golf lessons and joining us for late night nibbles and drinks. ”I arrived at address provided at 15.58 other 7th August. Property looked closed down. I rang and messaged owner several times. All records available on my phone. No answer from owner. I am visiting France from Ireland. I had to find alternative accommodation 16km away. The owner then messages me 4.5 hours after asking me if I was coming. Disgraceful. I will be applying for a full refund as this is not acceptable. The alternative accommodation I found was brilliant and it should be people like...

”Arrived to be greeted by Marie who showed us around the property, very friendly. Showed how to operate the pull cover and to contact her if any problems. The owner Henri lives in another house to the rear of the barn rental. Lovely man who would clean the pool early in the morning and check with us all ok. Would definitely stay here again, short run into Ruffec for supplies at either of the two supermarkets. Thanks for a great holiday😊”
