Duplex gîte above the owners' apartment, on the 1st and 2nd floors of the house (access via an independent external staircase). 1st floor: living room (Smart TV) and open kitchen (access to terrace and garden on one level), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm), bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet, relaxation area with infrared sauna and table football. 2nd floor: 4 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm / 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm / 1 double bed 140 x 190 cm with 1 baby bed / 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm) including 1 with TV and private bathroom and 1 mezzanine / sleeping area with access by miller's staircase (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm - height less than 1.80 m), 1 separate toilet, relaxation area with billiards. Large exposed balcony, large terrace and private enclosed garden with private 6-seater spa. All included (linen and cleaning). Firewood provided (from December to April).
